2 WEEKLY MODULES

Once we are all set up, it's time to get stuck in! The modules are designed to give you everything you need for your journey. Every week, the modules unlock as we progress. This ensures we put first things first and to lay down a solid foundation (critical). The content is delivered via a mixture of videos, audio and downloadable worksheets. The modules are designed to address the most fundamental elements, principles, mindsets, teaching, coaching tools you need. 3 WEEKLY LIVE GROUP COACHING CALLS

We limit our intake of participants in our group sessions so we can maximise teaching, mentoring and coaching you through what you need to learn, overcome, empower and upgrade in any of your underlying mindsets. Anything that has you feeling resistant to change, make you feel deprived, overwhelmed or has you feeling drained of all motivation, as well as powerfully coaching you through any self limiting beliefs and habits that are undermining your goals and progress. These structured session are critical for transforming your health and wellbeing mindset and for learning how to self coach!

The moment you join the journey, you are welcomed into our private Alumni Facebook Group with all other program participants. Here we celebrate and share our wins, support each other, listen and receive. We practice keeping the mindset vibe high, so that we are immersed in an environment that is vital and conducive to nurturing and mastering new mindsets along with all we are learning to practice and implement. 5 COLLECTION OF LIFESTYLE COACHING TOOLS FOR LIFE

Once you learn the essential tools you need to achieve your outcomes for optimising health, wellbeing and weight loss, you are set for life! Coaching is about personal resourcefulness by learning to find the answers or to create them, as you need for every life situation or circumstance you find yourself in. 6 A 12 WEEK FOOD & MOVEMENT LIFESTYLE PLAN

Learn to understand the difference in feeding the mind, body and soul. By following the cues in each area and learning our method for overcoming subconscious sabotaging habits, you'll be free to fall in love with food and eat more intuitively without: feeling deprived, fearing food, having to count calories, or be addicted to any bad health dynamic. The 12 week Food plan is designed to show you that food can be; healing, nourishing, as well as  soulfully scrumptious, while having you be totally in control without the fear and obsession, the way it's supposed to be.  

The 12 Week Movement program offers you a variety of adaptable movement options for whatever level you are at, as well as education around intuitive movement and why this is more vital than extreme workouts.

7 LIFESTYLE PLANNER

It's all about re-prioritising and simplifying whilst getting rid of the overwhelm. Together we will create your own journey that takes your life onto consideration, lays out a clear path ahead, with milestones set and which focuses ons taking inspired action towards achieving your outcomes. It's about unstoppable momentum, whilst practicing your new self care rituals, health and flow as your new default setting.
This is about forecasting, intention, inspired action as well as receiving, allowing and being mindfully present and aware of your wins, so that celebration is an everyday occurrence.

8 GRADUATE INTO ALUMNI MOMENTUM SUPPORT GROUP

The jouney doesn't end after 12 weeks. Continue to keep the momentum going in the private Facebook Alumni Momentum Group. This is the space where all program graduates continue to share their progress, share their insights, resources, celebrate the ripple effects they continue to experience and who keep you intergrated too. During the program, change is just the beginning... post graduation, you have the opportunity to fully experience rapid progress and the effects of compounded momentum.
